The window display we created as a part of the Window of the Year project for traditional Karat jewelry in Brno.
Human hands examining and trying on jewelry cast dark shadows on a sales counter. These shadows have become our main inspiration. We transfer them to the window display using video projection and create the illusion of shadow play with hands that are eagerly reaching for the jewel in a dreamy landscape.
For us, hands are a means of communication, knowledge and creation. It is hand craftsmanship that allows the creation of traditional Karat jewelry.
